🌲 Arizona State Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous – “New Freedom, New Happiness” 🌲
Join AA members from across Arizona for a weekend of fellowship, meetings, panels, and fun in beautiful Flagstaff, July 31 – August 2, 2026. Events include marathon meetings, hiking, yoga, banquet dinner, Al-Anon participation, and more at the Little America Hotel. Registration and hotel information are included in the flyer below.

Join Area 03 members from across Arizona for the 2026 August Assembly, hosted by Subdistricts 08-809, 08-810, and 08-811 in Phoenix, Arizona. The weekend will include committee meetings, fellowship, service discussions, and opportunities to stay connected with the wider AA service structure. During the Assembly, members will review and discuss Packet B topics, which help guide informed group conscience and participation in Area business. GSRs are especially encouraged to attend to help carry the voice of their home group. Packet B topics are typically made available approximately 30 days prior to the Assembly so groups have time to review and discuss them beforehand.
The Assembly will be held August 14–16, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel, with convenient light rail access and special room rates available through July 24. 🔒 2026 Arizona Area 03 Corrections Conference 🔒
Join us October 2–3, 2026, in Mesa, AZ for a weekend dedicated to carrying the message of recovery into correctional facilities. This conference brings together members of Alcoholics Anonymous and corrections professionals to share experience, strength, and hope. Open to anyone interested in corrections service work and supporting recovery behind the walls. Registration includes Friday’s social hour and speaker meeting, plus Saturday breakfast and lunch.
